Documentation needed for your loan application:
1) Copy of your most recent paystub
2) Copy of your last 2 years W-2's and last 2 years Federal Income Tax Returns with supporting Schedules
3) Copy of your most recent account statements (checking, savings, stock & retirement, all pages of each)
4) Copy of your driver's license or photo ID and Social Security card
5) On refinances, we'll also need a copy of your survey and your homeowner's insurance information. On purchases, we'll need to know who your insurance company will be and their contact information.
